Why and how did I come up with this Framework?

2019: I was stuck in the “freelance trap”, didn't always find satisfaction in the assignments I had, but at the same time I had a huge fear that everything would fall away.

Because let's be honest: invoicing +500 euros/dollars per day and working +200 days a year is financially comfortable. But still… it didn't work for me anymore.

2020: I redesigned my business; I have worked on my niche, my offer, my goals, way of working, ...

I've made the conscious choice to invest in myself and my business.

I tried, failed, tried again, failed again, … until it worked.

It worked because:

• I identified my focus clients,
• I knew where to find them and how to engage with them,
• I had a system.

2021: I landed lots of new clients (45 (coming from 1) in 10 months) . I succeeded in having the same revenue (100.000 €) as in 2019 without the constraints of working 40+ hours a week for 1 client. Tested the concept of the framework during live sessions.

This resulted in a system. The system I now call the “Sales Framework for Freelancers”.

It’s a simple but effective 4-step framework:
